These terms apply to your Medicus account, the sign-in you use for Medicus products such as HealthSpan. They are provided by Medicus AI FlexCo, Wehleweg 9 / Top 53, 1030 Vienna, Austria, company register number FN 458726y, Handelsgericht Wien ("Medicus", "we").
1. What the account is. Your Medicus account lets you sign in to Medicus products with one email address and password. Each product has its own terms and its own privacy notice, which you see before you use it. Those product terms decide what the product does with your health information. These account terms only cover the sign-in itself.
2. Who can have an account. You must be at least 18 years old. You open the account for yourself, with your own email address.
3. Keeping it secure. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. We may lock an account to protect it, and we tell you when we do.
4. Fair use. Do not try to get into accounts that are not yours, interfere with our systems, or use automated tools to sign in at scale.
5. Ending the account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by writing to [email protected]. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, except where the law or an immediate security risk does not allow us to wait.
6. Liability. We are not liable for damage caused by slight negligence, except for injury to life, body or health. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
7. Changes. If we change these terms, we tell you in good time before the change takes effect and ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in. If you do not accept, you can delete your account.
8. Law. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply to you.
